- Non-folding rebounders may NOT be shipped by US Postal Service or Canada Post.

Shipping
Most
of our products may be shipped outside of the United States and Canada.
The
transit time for international shipments will vary by product and
shipping method. Please note that any applicable customs, duties, or
brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery
Times
The
delivery date of your order will vary by product and shipping method.
Delivery of most products within the continental U.S. will occur
within seven business days of the shipment date - Canada will be 7 to 10 business days. Unless guaranteed by
the carrier, the transit time for your order serves only as an
estimate.
Gift
Wrap & Message Cards
Unfortunately,
we do not yet offer gift wrap and message cards for our products.
Commercial
Carrier Shipments for Oversized Items
Our
basic service includes delivery to the curbside or the first-floor
entrance of your home. The carrier will contact you 24 hours in
advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present
to sign for delivery of these shipments.
